We ate at an Irish Pub and the food & dessert was delish. We got to meet the chef who gave us a sample of a dessert other then what we had ordered. That was fun, and it was so yummy!! I tried some "Blue Moon" beer for the first time. It's not filtered and so looks like apple cider and was very smooth. The Blue Moon Web site is very interesting. It's set up like a journal. Check it out at file: bluemoonbrewingcompany.com. Of course you have to be of age to get in so they ask for your birth date. But it's worth a visit, especially if your a journal keeper or a scrapper or other creative type. Enjoy!!
