Hello, my name is Darlene. Welcome to my blog. I hope you enjoy seeing the things that I'm working on and will come back often to visit. Why White Eggplant? Well, I saw these delicate and pretty vegetables at a local farmer's market. I liked the way they looked and thought the name would be perfect for my blog. I don't like eggplant for eating but they sure are pretty in both colors. So there you have it in a nutshell. You are the BOMB, girlfriend! I love this blog. And I, for one, join you on loving tap dancing. Oh how I wanted to take tap when I was a kid!!! Love those "old" movies, too.
